Katharina Grosse: 'Chill Seeping'
Through Monday, July 11
Renowned worldwide for her expansive use of the painting medium, Katharina Grosse challenges perceptions of surfaces and ideas of spectatorship, establishing fertile relations between colors, shapes, and elements of architecture and landscape. Chill Seeping brings together large-scale works on canvas and an expansive site-related installation, highlighting the artist's relentless exploration of color and its agency in space.
Norbert Bisky: 'Mirror Society'
Through Monday, Aug. 1
In Mirror Society, Norbert Bisky comments on the narcissism of a society deeply engaged in the production and consumption of images through viral media, ambivalent to the violence and turmoil of global events. The exhibition presents a series of recent works uniquely collaged with canvas from previous paintings that has been slashed and reapplied to a mirrored surface, trapping the viewer in a voyeuristic feedback loop.
Matthew Angelo Harrison: 'Dark Silhouettes'
Through Monday, Aug. 1
Adopting the language of industrial design and anthropological aesthetics in sculptural forms, Matthew Angelo Harrison combines references to colonialism, African diasporas, and the industrialization of the U.S. With his exhibition Dark Silhouettes, featured in SCAD MOA's Evans Center for African American Studies, Harrison presents a group of recent works with direct connections to diasporic identities.

The SCAD School of Fashion offers a dynamic, innovative curriculum in design and construction, fashion history, and merchandising and marketing. Fashion students hone their creative and intellectual thinking, master inventive design skills, and gain the practical expertise necessary to succeed in global fashion careers.
One of the most comprehensive and connected arts schools in the world, SCAD offers undergraduate and graduate programs across three global locations and online in accessory design, fashion, fashion marketing and management, fibers, and jewelry. In addition, SCAD's De Sole School of Business Innovation offers degree programs in the business of beauty and fragrance and luxury and brand management. The university also features a degree program in design for sustainability through the School of Design.
The School of Fashion welcomes prominent designers and industry professionals who give lectures, lead workshops, and provide valuable insight through one-on-one interactions with students. Past visitors have included fashion designers Christian Siriano, Robert Wun, Becca McCharen-Tran, Mary Katrantzou, and Peter Som; Vogue's Sally Singer and Tonne Goodman; fashion journalist Véronique Hyland; and fashion photographer Robert Fairer.
