Net-price calculator
Understanding your net price (the estimated cost of attendance minus any grants and scholarships you may receive) can help you plan and maximize your financial aid opportunities.
SCAD partners with Meadow to provide a net-price calculator that estimates your potential out-of-pocket costs and highlights options to cover the gap, such as scholarships, grants, work-study, and loans.
What you need to get started:
- Five to 10 minutes
- Your FAFSA Student Aid Index or your household income information (estimates are fine)
- Your GPA and transfer credits, if applicable
For the most accurate results, complete the entire calculator process.

Important notes
- Results are estimates only, are subject to change, and are not representations of final financial aid offers.
- Calculations are not binding on the U.S. Secretary of Education, SCAD, Meadow, or the state.
- To receive federal financial aid, you must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid and be admitted to SCAD as a degree-seeking student.
