Enjoy an inspired evening of art and design at SCAD Atlanta’s spring gallery hop. View current student and alumna solo exhibitions before exploring SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film on a tour led by the head curator of SCAD exhibitions.

Alex Gingrow: 'Maginot'

Join SCAD alumna Alex Gingrow (M.F.A., painting, 2007) at an artist’s reception for "Maginot" an exhibition of recent work that explores personal history, the passage of time and privacy through meticulously-crafted, text-based paintings.

Rawan Althomali: 'Nonentity'

Join SCAD graduate student Rawan Althomali (M.F.A. photography) as she debuts a series of stark, black and white photographs of women that portray identities both specific and obscure.

Omar Victor Diop: 'Project Diaspora'
SCAD FASH Museum of Fashion + Film

The following is a film program and tour of the exhibition "Project Diaspora" led by Storm Janse van Rensburg, SCAD head curator of exhibitions, and Imani Michelle Scott, Ph.D., SCAD liberal arts professor.  The presentation will include a series of short documentaries and music videos that explore the relationships between Africa, global fashion and pop culture.

Events in SCAD galleries are free and open to the public. The event in SCAD FASH is free with a valid SCAD Card or museum membership, and open to the public with the cost of museum admission.
