Fashion designer Zac Posen to explore career, answer questions at SCAD Atlanta

Posen is known globally for his technical and artisanal craftsmanship, anatomical construction and textile manipulation. His daywear, suiting and eveningwear are infused with his bold sophistication, sexy femininity and distinctive glamour. Worn by leading women including Gwyneth Paltrow, First Lady Michelle Obama and Naomi Watts, Posen’s designs are staples on the red carpet.

The designer received the 2004 André Leon Talley New Look Award, presented at the university’s annual student fashion show, and in 2010, he served as a Style Lab mentor to a select group of SCAD fashion students. This year, Posen serves as honorary chair of SCAD Seen Gala.
