Artist, designer Candy Chang discusses developing a creative environment
An artist, designer and urban planner, Candy Chang makes cities more comfortable for inhabitants. Chang will lecture on "Making Space for Creativity," and share foundational elements behind building and sustaining a creative environment.
Chang is the author of “Before I Die,” a Senior TED Fellow, a former art director at The New York Times and a 2011 Tulane/Rockefeller Foundation Urban Innovation Fellow.
Her work has been exhibited at the National Design Triennial at the Cooper-Hewitt Design Museum, and she has created public art commissions for civic institutions, airports and creative organizations. She has also been selected as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader.
This event is free and open to the public but reservations are required.
