Increase diversity in advertising with help from MullenLowe U.S. at SCAD CATALYST series
MullenLowe U.S. executive director of creative talent Frannie Rhodes (she/her/hers) shares how the organization embodies its belief that actions speak louder than words. In this CATALYST episode, Rhodes discusses the unique practices and comprehensive strategy that tackle the lack of diversity in advertising, starting with the talent pipeline and ending in the final products. After the conversation, students can ask questions about Rhodes' personal experiences and the inclusion practices at MullenLowe U.S.
Diversity and inclusion take thoughtful and persistent work. CATALYST aims to shed light on what this work looks like by talking to companies about their journey — both the successes and the struggles of promoting inclusion. CATALYST is a platform where students can ask questions directly to industry professionals and discuss action steps.
This event, hosted by the SCAD office for career and alumni success, is free and open to the public.
