Frequently asked questions

What types of payment does the the app accept?

 

You can pay for your meal with your SCAD Card (meal plan or Dining Dollars), credit card, or debit card. The Transact Mobile Ordering app supports Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can manage your payment methods at any time by selecting "Payment Methods" under "More" in the app.

Can I order from any SCAD dining location?

 

Only SCAD Order up dining locations in Atlanta and Savannah are available for mobile ordering at this time. Go to dining locations to see what SCAD dining locations are available through mobile ordering or download the app.

Can I place an order at any time of day or night?

 

Mobile ordering is only available during operating hours for each SCAD Order Up location.

How do I get my order?

 

Once you place your order, a designated contactless pick-up location will be identified in the mobile ordering app along with your receipt, order status, and time it will be ready. All you have to do is swing on by and pick it up!
