Kim Chi

Kim Chi is a 7-foot-tall, live-action anime character, world-renowned foodie, and the first Korean American drag superstar. Born in the U.S. and raised in South Korea, Kim is a cultural hybrid with a preternatural understanding of style and conceptual fashion. Defying stylistic stereotypes, she effortlessly absorbs and interprets contemporary culture with unflinching focus. An ever-evolving chameleon, Kim continually surprises and delights with her larger-than-life looks and unwavering commitment to excellence. Kim's artistry transcends the boundaries of drag, transforming the seemingly simple act of dressing up into a super-elevated fine art. Beyond the stage, Kim is the CEO of her global cosmetics empire Kim Chi Chic Beauty, which empowers her global fanbase to express their individuality. In 2025, Kim will release two highly anticipated books, Kim Chi Eats, a cookbook celebrating her deep love for culinary adventures, and a young reader's book The Library Is Open. Whether through her innovative makeup line, her artistic vision, or her passion for food and storytelling, Kim Chi continues to captivate audiences and inspire all the senses.

 

Jessica Cruel

As the editor-in-chief of Allure, Jessica Cruel leads the development of multi-platform editorial content for print, digital, and video platforms, including the Readers’ Choice Awards and Best of Beauty Awards franchises. Cruel is a consultant for auxiliary projects including The Allure Podcast, Allure Beauty Box subscription program, and the Allure Store. Cruel joined Allure in 2019, first as features director and, more recently, served as the title’s content director spearheading The Melanin Edit, a new Allure platform exploring all things relating to Black beauty, skincare, and wellness. Prior to joining Allure, she served as deputy beauty director at Refinery29 and held editorial roles at SELF and Popsugar. Throughout her decade-long career in the beauty media industry, she has extended her experience across various outlets to encourage rising beauty industry mavens. 

 

Dianna Singh

Dianna Singh is the features director at Allure, having previously held the role as senior beauty editor and associate features director. She oversees long-form content, working as a multi-hyphenate to deliver best-in-class beauty reporting across all platforms. Since joining the publication in 2020, she has hosted Allure’s The Science of Beauty podcast and represented the brand on air and as a guest during industry panels. Singh has also served as beauty editor for InStyle and worked for Marie Claire, Refinery29, and ELLE. 

 

Angelica Munson

Global chief digital officer and executive officer of Shiseido Company, Limited, Angelica Munson demonstrates a keen eye for groundbreaking strategies. Leading the digital transformation office, Munson integrates diverse digital strategies and services across analytics, marketing, CRM, AI, and digital education, effectively implementing and fostering sustainable programs and transformative initiatives. Her decades-long career in management roles spans global brands, allowing her to scale direct-to-consumer ventures, craft captivating digital experiences, and nurture both employee and community spaces. Recognized as one of Brand Innovator’s Top 50 “Women to Watch,” she consistently guides industry discourse during panels, podcasts, and esteemed conferences. Her commitment to diversity and inclusion takes center stage, exemplified by her impactful address at the 2023 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Recently named as one of the Top 25 Women Chief Digital Officers of 2024, Munson continues to illuminate the digital landscape.

 

Patrick O’Keefe

A true digital and experiential disruptor, chief integrated marketing officer of e.l.f. Beauty Patrick O’Keefe has committed more than 15 years to the beauty industry as a brand progenitor. His integrated approach — whether through digital activations, paid media, data-driven marketing, content, or influencer and retail partnerships — is just the foundation of his expertise. He joined the e.l.f. Beauty team in September 2019 to create the integrated marketing communication team, tasked with delivering bulletproof brand consistency across all channels for every brand in the e.l.f. Beauty portfolio. An integral contributor on go-to-market strategies, O’Keefe leads their marketing efforts to explore new frontiers. Prior to e.l.f., he was the vice president of integrated consumer communications at L’Oréal. He has also worked at Shiseido supporting hairdressers, makeup artists, nail technicians, and estheticians to build their experiential marketing programs.

 

Jana Barocas 

A seasoned expert in building brand partnerships, Jana Barocas collaborates with leading beauty brands at Roblox to craft innovative activations and connect with audiences through immersive digital experiences. With more than 12 years in digital advertising at industry leaders like Snapchat and Walmart, she combines strategic vision and creative storytelling to amplify brands and drive meaningful consumer engagement.
