Learn about Abercrombie & Fitch's diversity and inclusion initiatives at SCAD CATALYST series
Join Larry Miller and Steven Smith, Abercrombie & Fitch recruiting associates from the University Talent Acquisition team, to find out more about how Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion impacts strategies not only for Abercrombie and Fitch's customers and product, but for its associates, leadership teams, and company as well. Miller and Smith discuss the actionable plans they have experienced in addition to taking open questions from the audience.
Abercrombie & Fitch is a company uniquely positioned to detail how far the company has come with their efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion. The company has undergone many changes in each of their brands as well as at the Global Home Office that the teams are proud to expand upon.
Diversity and inclusion take thoughtful and persistent work. CATALYST aims to shed light on what this work looks like by talking to companies about their journey — both the successes and the struggles of promoting inclusion. CATALYST is a platform where students can ask questions directly to industry professionals and discuss action steps.
This event, hosted by the SCAD office for career and alumni success, is free and open to the public.
