Miller and Smith discuss the actionable plans they have experienced in addition to taking open questions from the audience.

CATALYST aims to shed light on what this work looks like by talking to companies about their journey — both the successes and the struggles of promoting inclusion. CATALYST is a platform where students can ask questions directly to industry professionals and discuss action steps.
