Reimagine employee resource groups with Mercedes-Benz in SCAD CATALYST series
Sign in to this episode of CATALYST for insight from Erica J. Bolden, head of diversity, inclusion, and corporate social responsibility of Mercedes-Benz USA. Bolden will share how it is a company's responsibility to create internal and external systems that promote tangible inclusion results, going far beyond a mere public display of values. This episode will focus on how corporations can engage employees to address inequities in society and the workplace, better understand what race means in America, and be accountable to create change on an individual level.
Diversity and inclusion take thoughtful and persistent work. CATALYST aims to shed light on what this work looks like by talking to companies about their journey — both the successes and failures. CATALYST is a platform where students can ask questions directly to industry professionals and discuss action steps.
This event, hosted by the SCAD office for career and alumni success, is free and open to the public.
