David Harbour to be honored at 2016 Savannah Film Festival
The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) is pleased to announce that actor David Harbour will be honored with the Virtuoso Award at the 2016 Savannah Film Festival. The award will be presented on Saturday, Oct. 29 at the SCAD Museum of Art at 2 p.m. The presentation will be immediately followed by an in-depth Master Class conducted by Harbour on acting for film, theater and television. The event is free and open to the public.
David Harbour has gained a reputation of consistently delivering compelling performances on ﬁlm, television and stage. He can currently be seen in Netﬂix's "Stranger Things." His film credits include "Suicide Squad," "Black Mass," "The Equalizer," "A Walk Among Tombstones," "Parkland," "End of Watch," "Revolutionary Road," "Brokeback Mountain," "The Green Hornet" and "Quantum of Solace." His other TV credits include "Manhattan," "The Newsroom," "State of Affairs," "Rake," and "Pan Am." Harbour is a Tony nominee for the revival of “Who’s Afraid of Virginia Woolf?” His other theatre credits include "Fifth of July," "Glengarry Glen Ross," "The Merchant of Venice," Tom Stoppard's "The Invention of Love," and "The Coast of Utopia."
