The first step in your SCAD adventure starts here, at SCAD Day in Atlanta. This premier open house event empowers you to explore everything the university has to offer in experiences designed just for you:
- Live, classroom demonstrations of our programs led by renowned faculty
- Real, firsthand insight from professors, current students, and alumni
- An introduction to a suite of pre-college programs
- Facetime with admission staff to get questions answered, discover financial aid and scholarships, and kickstart the enrollment process
While you're here, tour high-design residence halls with spectacular views of the Atlanta skyline and grab a bite to eat. SCAD Atlanta is nestled in the heart of Midtown — home to Fortune 500 companies and a thriving food, culture, and arts scene.
You can also check out Ex Libris, the university's bookstore at the FORTY FIVE residential complex. Here, you'll find everything from books and art supplies to SCAD merch and gifts. You can also visit a host of alumni-owned shops, eateries, studios, galleries, and more throughout the city.
