All members of the SCAD community have access to the technology support portal. Here you can chat with our support team, find answers to common questions, or report an issue directly. Log in with your SCAD username and password.
Hours of operation
Analysts on the level 1 and 2 support teams and can fully assist with items from resetting your password to free software downloads provided by SCAD. They are your first point of contact for technical issues at any university location. The hours listed are the support center hours during an active quarter.

Holiday hours
SCAD and the support center are closed most national holidays. Check the SCAD academic calendar to see the university holiday schedule.
