Sign up for whitewater rafting trip on the Ocoee River in Tennessee
Join the International Student Services Office for a whitewater rafting trip on the Ocoee River in Tennessee. The group will depart from Spring House at approximately 8 a.m., and return to SCAD Atlanta later in the day.
The Ocoee River was home to the 1996 Summer Olympics kayaking competition and boasts some of the best whitewater rapids east of the Mississippi River.
The trip cost is $40 per person and includes transportation, lunch, rafting fees and pictures from the trip. Other meals and incidentals will be your responsibility. Participation is limited to 15 people. Bring payment in cash or check to the ISSO office, Room 116 on the first floor of SCAD Atlanta, to confirm your reservation. If you pay in advance then are unable to go, refunds are permitted only if we are able to fill your spot.
This trip is open to all students; however, priority will be given to international students.
