Laugh for a cause with host Judd Apatow at Trustees Theater comedy night
Revel in humor and help address local homelessness at Judd Apatow Presents: Comeback King Comedy Night hosted at Trustees Theater. Apatow and fellow comics Atsuko Okatsuka, Moshe Kasher, Li Jin Hao, and others will take to the stage for an unforgettable night of laughter at this charity comedy show. Proceeds from this star-studded event will benefit the Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless (CSAH), which leads the development of sustainable community practices to end homelessness in greater Savannah.
One of the most prolific comedic minds in entertainment, Apatow is the writer, director, and producer of films such as The 40-Year-Old Virgin, Knocked Up, and Trainwreck. Through his company Apatow Productions, he has produced the Emmy Award-winning documentary miniseries George Carlin’s American Dream and The Zen Diaries of Garry Shandling as well as acclaimed films and TV series like Freaks and Geeks, Undeclared, Anchorman, Superbad, and Forgetting Sarah Marshall. His upcoming film The Comeback King is currently filming on location in the Savannah area.
