Group exhibition: 'Painting People'

This group exhibition presents a range of contemporary approaches to painting the human figure. SCAD students, alumni, and faculty render subjects in styles ranging from representational to graphic to surreal. The works on view in Painting People situate the body in scenes of daily life, hallucinatory worlds, or spaces between the two, celebrating the many ways paint is used to depict the figure.

Reception: Thursday, April 20, 5:30–7 p.m.
