Your creative journey starts at SCAD Day in Savannah
Dive into inspiring spaces and experience classroom demonstrations by renowned professors at SCAD Day in Savannah. At this open house event, safely explore all that SCAD has to offer, meet faculty members, discuss financial aid and scholarship opportunities with admission representatives, and begin the enrollment process.
This event requires pre-registration. Walk-ins are not allowed entry. SCAD Day is free and open to prospective students.
Sign up for the morning or afternoon session based on your areas of interest:
9 a.m. to noon:
- School of Building Arts: architectural history, architecture, furniture design, interior design, preservation design, and urban design
- School of Communication Arts: advertising, branded entertainment, graphic design, illustration, photography, and sequential art
- School of Design: creative business leadership, design for sustainability, design management, industrial design, service design, and user experience (UX) design
- School of Entertainment Arts: film and television, performing arts, production design, sound design, and themed entertainment design

1–4 p.m.:
- School of Digital Media: animation, immersive reality, interactive design and game development, motion media design, television producing, and visual effects
- School of Fashion: accessory design, business of beauty and fragrance, fashion, fashion marketing and management, fibers, jewelry, and luxury and fashion management
- School of Fine Arts: painting
- School of Liberal Arts: art history, cinema studies, dramatic writing, equestrian studies, social strategy and management, and writing

Know before you go: Our COVID-19 guidelines
In light of health and safety guidelines provided by the CDC and the ACHE students and visitors, we have instituted several safety protocols for in-person events. Please keep the following in mind.
- Walk-ins are not allowed entry. All guests must pre-register.
- Face coverings are required on all SCAD property, inside and outside.
- Individuals who wish to enter a SCAD campus/building will be required to undergo a temperature screening prior to entering.
- Prospective students may only bring two guests. Please email [email protected] for assistance if needed.
- Families will be asked to complete a COVID health survey prior to attending SCAD Day.
