Explore ways to combat workplace bias with Randstad in SCAD CATALYST series

Learn about allyship with Courtnie Brazier-Barrett, the diversity and inclusion manager and senior strategist at Randstad Sourceright, a global talent consulting firm. Brazier-Barrett will share how Randstand trains staff to combat bias and become allies who promote inclusion. She will also give tips audience members can apply to their lives.

Diversity and inclusion take thoughtful and persistent work. CATALYST aims to shed light on what this work looks like by talking to companies about their journey — including successes and failures. CATALYST is a platform where students can ask questions directly to industry professionals and discuss action steps.

This event, hosted by the SCAD office for career and alumni success, is free and open to the public.
