Put yourself out there and get your work noticed at this annual juried exhibition offering cash prizes and university-wide recognition.

Submissions are open to all students enrolled in a SCAD foundation studies class during the 2018–19 academic year. Work in any medium is accepted but must have been created in a foundation studies class from April 2018 to April 2019.

Compile up to five entries in a single PDF and email it to foundation studies professor Peter Schroth at [email protected] by Friday, March 29.

Both physical and digital submissions will be exhibited; specify if your work is digital and must be exhibited on an LCD screen. Images should be saved at 72 DPI and no more than 12 inches in any direction. Do not send your submission as a Microsoft OneDrive. All requirements must be digitally submitted together in a single PDF. This can be done in Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint or Keynote and converted to PDF. Submissions that do not follow these exact guidelines will not be considered.

Students whose work is accepted will be notified by Thursday, April 4.

Accepted work must be delivered by 5 p.m., Friday, April 20, to Wallin Hall, 312 E. 37th St.

Accepted works must be matted, if appropriate, and shrink-wrapped for final drop-off. Poorly presented works or those that diverge greatly from the digital image submitted may not be displayed. For shrink-wrapping, it is recommended that you use either Michaels Craft or Atwell’s Frame Shop.

Submissions from SCAD Atlanta and SCAD Hong Kong students will be accepted; however, shipping is not feasible, and selected works will be displayed on monitors that are prominently located and run on a continuous loop.
