Employer check-in is located on the first floor of the convention center in Exhibit Hall C. Your booth number will be provided upon arrival, and a student assistant will be waiting to help you throughout the event. Your booth includes a 6-foot table, gray linens, and chairs. SCAD will provide a printed sign with your company name. Visiting employers are encouraged to bring additional branded materials and giveaways. If you ship materials in advance, they will be waiting for you at your booth.
Do you need to drop off large items before you park? Once on International Drive, continue past the parking lot and follow the signs to the loading dock. SCAD staff will help unload your materials and take them to your booth.
Refreshments
Coffee, pastries, and fruit will be available during setup. Lunch will be provided in the employer lounge.

The Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) is in Pooler, half an hour from downtown Savannah. Uber and Lyft operate from the airport, as do local taxi companies.
Audiovisual services
Bring in more candidates by displaying your company's work on-site. Rent audiovisual equipment for your booth through Encore. When completing the form, enter '0' as your booth number.
Shipping materials
SCAD recommends shipping freestanding signage, materials, and other equipment for your company's booth ahead of the SCAD Career Fair. Your materials will be placed at your booth for setup, and any boxes or containers you want to keep will be safely stored during the fair and returned for breakdown. RPMxpo, the official logistics manager for SCAD Career Fair, will receive your items for a handling fee. RPMxpo will also have a table to assist with outbound shipments and questions during the event.
