All members of the SCAD community have access to the technology support portal. Log in with your SCAD username and password to chat with our support team, find answers to common questions, or report an issue directly.
Hours of operation
Technology support analysts are your first point of contact for technical assistance across all university locations. During active quarters, get help with password resets, accessing university-provided software, and more. You can also visit the technology support portal for live chat, email assistance, how-to videos, FAQs, and self-service tools to resolve issues quickly.

SCAD TechHub and in-person support
Keep your creative workflow running smoothly with the SCAD TechHub. The TechHub offers 30-minute, one-on-one appointments for personal device help, including software installs (Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365), Wi-Fi troubleshooting, account setup, and temporary loaner laptops while your personal computer is out for repair. Find the TechHub in 1600 Peachtree, Room 308, at SCAD Atlanta and on the first floor of Jen Library at SCAD Savannah. Note: TechHub is a dedicated student resource.
