Research
Librarians are available to assist students, faculty, and staff in locating, evaluating, and choosing information sources in the library collections, whether it be for intensive studio projects, research papers, or entertainment.
Technology
SCAD libraries are equipped with Macs and PCs, along with scanners, printers, and other technology available for students.
Interlibrary Loan requests
Interlibrary Loan (ILL) is a service that allows SCAD to better serve the information and research needs of our patrons by providing access to materials held at non-SCAD institutions.
Visual Resources Portal
The Visual Resources Portal (VRP) offers all current faculty, staff, and students access to the SCAD Digital Image Database and the ARTstor Digital Library.
Special collections
SCADnow online
SCAD libraries provide library services and materials to eligible SCADnow online faculty, staff, and students who do not reside in the city or surrounding areas of any SCAD location.
Savannah and Atlanta
Current students, faculty, and staff may use the Interlibrary Loan (ILL) service. Patrons must have a valid SCAD ID and no delinquent fines or library materials.
