Benny Gold

Designer and founder, Benny Gold Designs

Brand builder, cultural influencer, creative director, and overall design visionary, Benny Gold elevates visual messaging with fine-tuned ideas and expert-level finesse. With more than 20 years of experience as a career artist, Gold has achieved success driven by passion, creativity, and a youthful entrepreneurial spirit. A pioneer in streetwear informed by his time as a San Francisco skateboarder, he delivers an authentic dose of grit and invention to all his collaborations. His namesake studio made Bobby Hundreds' 50 Greatest Streetwear Brands of All Time list for Complex magazine, citing the designer’s anti-authority, punk rock ethos. Gold’s work spans countercultural sports campaigns and iconic design moments, from collectible Nike SB sneakers to the logo for the influential cycling film Mash. More recently, he created a new "W" logo for the Golden State Warriors; led the identity design for Bay FC, the Bay Area’s first professional women’s soccer team; and developed iconography, graphics, and branding for Doritos’ Super Bowl spots featuring Lil Nas X and Post Malone.
