Omar Bailey

Omar Bailey is a footwear design entrepreneur who built his reputation working with stars such as Jay-Z, Karim Benzema, Terry Crews, Quest Love, and Allan Houston as well as top-tier brands like Adidas, Timberland, New Balance, and K-Swiss. Traveling frequently between New York, China, and India, Bailey cultivated a deep appreciation of the connection between design and contract manufacturing. A partner in a sneaker prototyping lab in Manhattan, Bailey also established his own design firm and brand and, from 2019 to 2022, served as head of the Innovation Lab at Yeezy/Adidas. During Bailey's time at Yeezy, the brand grew by more than $1 billion in revenue. Today, as co-founder of FCTRY Lab in Los Angeles, Bailey and his team offer full prototyping services including end-to-end product creation and development, emphasizing collaborations with designers, athletes, and influencers.
