Allison Carlquist (M.F.A., historic preservation, 2012) received the 2012 SCAD Outstanding Thesis Award for "Preserving Sites of Conscience: Making a Case for the Inscription of WWII Japanese-American Internment Camps on the UNESCO World Heritage List."
