Meriah Moulton

As Google's vice president of UX, Meriah Moulton supports more than 450 multidisciplinary UX professionals building developer experience, data, security, research, and other internal tools and services. She is passionate about advancing how humans work and collaborate with AI. Before joining Google in December 2021, Moulton served as chief design officer at USAA, where she grew and led the internal design organization for six years. Prior to that, she spent more than eight years at Frog Design leading teams to delivering innovative experiences for global companies. With a professional background spanning user research, design, and early web and Java development, Moulton is deeply motivated by how diverse teams come together to solve complex problems and build products people genuinely want to use.
