Shaun Rance is the senior design director for enterprise XD at Netflix, where he leads product design, research, and prototyping for the company’s internal platforms. His team develops workflow applications, AI-supported tools, and enterprise systems that streamline content production and operations across Netflix’s studio ecosystem. Rance has more than two decades of experience across entertainment, gaming, mixed reality, and creative technology, with previous leadership roles at Amazon, 72andSunny, Deutsch, Saatchi & Saatchi, MaxPlay, and TBWA\Chiat\Day. He also founded the immersive-media studio Very.gd. Rance’s background spans extended reality, virtual production, enterprise software, and large-scale design systems, supported by a portfolio recognized across major industry festivals. His work has earned honors from FWA, SXSW, The One Club’s One Show, and The Webby Awards, reflecting his long-standing contributions to digital innovation and interactive design.
