SCAD continues eight-year streak as Red Dot Design’s No. 1 design university in the Americas
Earning the No. 1 design university in the Americas, and No. 2 in the Americas and Europe combined, SCAD carries its legacy of innovation for another sterling year.
The Red Dot Design Rankings have been a coveted seal of quality since 2005, recognizing the most innovative design at the professional and academic levels. SCAD’s placement is based on its Red Dot Design Concept awards over the past five years, including student awards, with the most weight generated from the most recent year’s showing.
In 2024, 12 SCAD students earned recognition across subject matters, including interior design, fibers, and furniture design, among others.
