Meghan Preiss (SCAD B.F.A., industrial design, 2017; B.F.A., service design, 2017) is a mobility design strategist with a passion for understanding and implementing accessible design. Currently a manager of CX design integration at Delta Air Lines, Preiss develops design strategies to prioritize the customer experience throughout the enterprise. An apt translator between the micro and macro, Preiss forges new paths for future generations to positively impact the world. Her dedication to designing for good led her to become the youngest board member of the World Design Organization (WDO) in their 60-year history. Preiss works with global communities to elevate design education and gender equality design initiatives. In the U.K., she taught and mentored students on design, engineering, user research, and business. Preiss speaks frequently at universities and conferences around the world, including Industrial Designers Society of America's International Design Conference. Since graduating from SCAD with degrees in service design and industrial design, she has consulted for top brands and companies such as LEGO, BMW, Honda, and more as well as working in-house at IBM and Ford Motor Company.
