Currently the global head of digital marketing and content strategy for Calvin Klein Fragrances at Coty, Nilukshi De Silva has spent more than 12 years leading go-to-market efforts, guiding overall brand marketing and growth strategy. Prior to this role, De Silva worked at leading beauty brands Urban Decay and bareMinerals heading digital and social media efforts. Across her career, she has honed an ability to identify and execute on strategic partnerships that grow brand audiences. During her time at Urban Decay, she pioneered the brand's first global AI/AR virtual try-on partnership with Perfect Corp. and Memomi Mirror. She also led the Urban Decay x Teen Vogue Influencer University, a global beauty bootcamp for next-generation influencers. At Coty, De Silva is reimagining the timeless Calvin Klein brand, crafting an ambitious global digital marketing plan rooted in innovation. By leveraging new creative partnerships and growing the brand's global footprint, De Silva continues to preserve and enhance the brand by introducing it to a wider and more diverse consumer base. Leading the brand's digital innovation and storytelling, she continues to develop boundary-pushing approaches to the expansive CK portfolio.
