Donald Robertson


Artist Donald Robertson is the creative director at Estée Lauder. In addition to projects for Estée Lauder properties Smashbox, Bobbi Brown, and Flirt Cosmetics, he has collaborated on ready-to-wear collections with fashion designers and brands including Giles Deacon, Jenna Lyons for J.Crew, Alice + Olivia, Veronica Beard, noted floral and fragrance creator Eric Buterbaugh, luxury bag brand Mark Cross, and Mattel, for which he redesigned the Barbie Style Guide. He has also collaborated on events at the legendary Parisian retail emporium Colette. Robertson has created installations for Bergdorf Goodman and for Cadillac at Art Basel Miami Beach. In 2017, Assouline released a monograph of Robertson's work, which became an instant best-seller. The book was launched at a packed-house event at Bergdorf Goodman hosted by Linda Fargo. In 2018, Robertson exhibited in the famous Faena Arts District Bazaar at Art Basel Miami Beach. That same year he was honored at the Newport Art Museum's Summer Gala. In 2019, Robertson was selected by Culture Corps to create a large-scale artwork for Hudson Yards in New York. He has a massive following on Instagram. Follow @drawbertson.
