Jessica Matlin is the beauty and health director of Teen Vogue, as well as the co-founder and co-host of the award-winning beauty podcast "Fat Mascara." As a director at Teen Vogue, Matlin shares fashion advice, beauty secrets and insider tips, while her podcast features weekly guests, including Bobbi Brown, Christian Louboutin and Charlotte Tilbury.

Matlin previously served as an editor at Cosmopolitan, W, Allure and Lucky magazines, and has contributed to Glamour, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle UK, Nylon and Grazia, among others. She has also worked as a brand messaging manager with Space NK in London.

Matlin is the recipient of the Refinery29 Beauty Innovator Award, The Fragrance Foundation award for "Editorial Excellence in Fragrance Coverage" and The Fragrance Foundation Notable Award.
