Academic transcript request
SCAD has partnered with Parchment to order and send transcripts and other credentials securely. Current SCAD students, alumni, and former students can order official transcripts online. Before completing your order, you will see a breakdown of all charges, including any applicable taxes, before submitting your final request.
The office of the registrar does not accept mailed or faxed requests for transcripts.

Current students can request a transcript via MySCAD > Resources page > Student forms channel > "Transcript Request (Official)" link.

Alumni and former students
Use this link to access Parchment and submit a transcript request online.

Enter your personal email address in the "Start here" field.
- If you already have a Parchment account, you will be asked for your password.
- If you do not have an account, you will be prompted to create one.
Submit the request along with credit or debit card information for payment. The transcript will be processed and issued within one-to-five business days.
If preferred, alumni may order their first paper transcript at no charge by contacting [email protected]. All subsequent transcript requests must be placed and paid for through the process described above.
Former Atlanta College of Art students
SCAD became guardian for the Atlanta College of Art (ACA) student transcripts June 5, 2006. Former ACA students and alumni can request transcripts through our online partner.
