Linda Arrington
Linda Arrington is the former global brand GM and head of marketing of the RODIN olio lusso brand at Estée Lauder Companies, where she oversaw the growth and repositioning of its luxury lifestyle beauty brand. She has also served as the marketing lead at ELC Ventures, where she strategically partnered with newly acquired brands (Becca, By Kilian, EDP Frédéric Mallé, and Le Labo) in delivering best practices for digital-led consumer engagement, as well as a brand strategist for the Estée Lauder and AERIN Beauty brands. Prior to joining Estée Lauder Companies, she has had the pleasure to work with such iconic brands as Benetton, Carol's Daughter, Chanel, Cole Haan, Diesel, Frette, and Harry Winston.
