Ghislaine Viñas
Born in the Netherlands and raised in South Africa, Ghislaine Viñas began her design journey studying interior design. After graduating and moving to New York, she launched her career designing commercial office spaces and later established her firm in 1999 when she was commissioned to do a complete buildout of a 9,000-square-foot office and art gallery in New York's Chelsea art district. Since then, the studio has been published internationally for dozens of its completed projects all over the U.S., showcasing residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. The studio has also won numerous awards not only for its projects but also for several licensed products including furniture, textiles, and wall coverings.
