Ben Chmura
Captivating the attention of fashion icon AndreĢ Leon Talley with his senior menswear collection, SCAD alum Ben Chmura (B.F.A., fashion design, 2001) moved to New York where his drive to collaborate, learn, and hone his skill set launched an extensive career in multiple facets of the apparel industry. Chmura's experience extends to design, trend forecasting, color and concept design, brand strategy, apparel graphics, and visual merchandising. He has contributed to numerous global brands such as Club Monaco, Reebok, Nautica, and Perry Ellis, among others. A natural creative and storyteller, he focuses on color, concept, and trend at the core of his work. Chmura is currently the design director, color + trend (global), at Under Armour. He lives in Brooklyn with his husband.
