Kristina O'Neill
As editor-in-chief of WSJ Magazine, Kristina O’Neill oversees all editorial content for the luxury lifestyle monthly launched in 2008. Considered "one of America’s most talented editors" by Robert Thomson, former managing editor of The Wall Street Journal, O’Neill’s original ideas help connect the glossy magazine with the daily newspaper, and expand the publication’s global outreach. Her letters from the editor shed light on the coverage that drives cultural conversations across the U.S. and her expertise has catalyzed the evolution of WSJ into a leading source of information for travel, fashion, food, beauty and business news.
Prior to joining WSJ in 2012, O’Neill worked as executive editor of Harper’s Bazaar, where she oversaw the extension of the brand, collaborated with writers and photographers, and was integral to the magazine’s redesign. She has also held editorial positions at New York magazine and Time Out New York.
O’Neill lives in Brooklyn, New York. She earned a B.F.A. from the New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study.
