SCAD students and alumni benefit from an extensive array of career services. The following services are tailored to our SCADnow students.

Virtual workshops

The office for career and alumni success offers several virtual workshops each quarter that are available to students through SCAD Connect. Workshops and classes cover entrepreneurship, branding, salary negotiation, socially responsible careers, and more.

Employer presentations and recruiting visits

More than 200 top companies visit SCAD annually to recruit talented artists and designers. During their visits, they conduct virtual and in-person job interviews and portfolio reviews for SCADnow online candidates, deliver presentations, and participate in networking events. Many employer presentations are streamed or recorded online through SCAD Connect. Adidas, Autofuss, Belk, Disney, IBM Design, Target, and Tiffany & Co. are just a few of the companies that have recently offered online presentations.

SCAD Career Planner

Each quarter, employers post thousands of job and internship opportunities on the SCAD Career Planner. Powered by 12twenty, the SCAD Career Planner is students' one-stop location for scheduling an appointment with their career adviser, applying for interviews, and signing up for workshops.
