Career advisement

Career advisers provide individual guidance about résumés, portfolios, interviews and job-search strategies with the goal of helping students complete the Career Action Plan. The CAP system is a benchmark tool used to prepare students for career success and includes self-promotion, portfolio development, professional development, creative internships and employment in a creative field.

One-on-one guidance from your career adviser is available by appointment and may be conducted via phone, email, virtual meeting, or in person if you plan a visit to a SCAD location.
