Advertising Department Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time, undergraduate student seeking a degree in advertising. Eligible applicants must have completed 45 credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, and have participated in a special project such as NASC, Interdisciplinary Collaboration, or The Pitch Society volunteer work. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio.
Alex Townsend Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Established in memory of former student, Alex Townsend. This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to an undergraduate student seeking an advertising or graphic design degree at SCAD Savannah. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio. This scholarship is renewable.
Alli Heyden Passion for Fashion Memorial Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship, established in memory of graduate fashion design student Alli Heyden, is awarded annually to a domestic, full-time undergraduate junior or senior student majoring in fashion, accessory design, luxury and fashion management, or fashion marketing and management. The recipient must have a cumulative GPA of 3.5. Finalists are required to submit a portfolio.
Alumni Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate SCAD student with a cumulative GPA of 3.7, demonstrating significant financial need, community and/or university involvement, and an interest in alumni association involvement after graduation. Eligible applicants must have completed at least 60 credit hours as an undergraduate student or 30 credit hours as a graduate student at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. Student portfolios are required, if applicable, for all finalists.
Amanda Bayard Endowed Scholarship for Film and Television
Established in memory of SCAD alum Amanda Bayard, this endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a student who displays enthusiastic leadership among peers in pursuit of their academic goals. The recipient must be a graduate student studying film and television in Savannah and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. This scholarship is nonrenewable.
Amy Lea France Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time domestic undergraduate student seeking a degree at SCAD Savannah. The recipient must demonstrate financial need. This scholarship is renewable.
Animation Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student seeking a degree in animation. Eligible applicants must have completed 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and financial need. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio.
Animation Pegbar Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate student studying animation. Eligible applicants must demonstrate financial need, submit a portfolio, and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5.
Anisa International Endowed Scholarship ★
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in industrial design who demonstrates volunteerism and is committed to breaking down gender stereotypes. The recipient must be in financial need, demonstrate community involvement, and maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA. This scholarship is renewable.
Anita and Michael Thomas Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to incoming Atlanta students. Students must demonstrate financial need; pursue a degree in advertising, animation, fashion, film and television, graphic design, interior design, painting, or writing; and have a minimum 3.75 GPA. Finalists must submit a portfolio. This scholarship is renewable if the recipient meets the scholarship criteria.
Anniversary Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student with a GPA of at least 3.0, who will have completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. Recipients must demonstrate exceptional leadership and involvement in the university community by serving as a leader or officer in an official university club or activity.
Architectural History Department Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time, undergraduate or graduate student seeking a degree in architectural history at SCAD. Eligible applicants must have a minimum 3.5 GPA and complete 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. Finalists will be required to submit a paper in place of a portfolio.
Arnell Lewis Land Art Endowed Scholarship ★
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to eight full-time undergraduate students and is dedicated to breaking down gender stereotypes. The recipient must be in financial need, demonstrate community involvement, and maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA This scholarship is renewable.
Arlene and Tiffani Taylor Endowed Scholarship for Painting
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate painting major who will have completed at least 90 credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. Eligible applicants must demonstrate financial need, maintain a 3.8 GPA, demonstrate leadership ability, and have a record of community service. In addition, candidates must submit three letters of recommendation from faculty and/or employers. Finalists will be contacted to submit a portfolio.
Atlanta Board of Visitors Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time admissions student who will be studying at the SCAD Atlanta campus. Eligible applicants must demonstrate financial need and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. This scholarship is renewable.
Bess Catherine Coats Scholarship (ACA)
This scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student studying painting. Eligible applicants must submit a portfolio for review. Preference is given to those who are committed to breaking down gender stereotypes. This scholarship is renewable.
BB&T Scholar Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to one full-time student who will have completed at least 45 credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter and has a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. The scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient meets the criteria: the applicant's permanent address must be within the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, or West Virginia.
Ben C. Morris Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship, named in memory of SCAD professor Ben C. Morris, who taught at SCAD for 13 years across five different departments, is awarded in a competition for students attending any off-campus program.
Ben E. Shute Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship, named in memory of artist and Atlanta College of Art co-founder Ben E. Shute, is awarded to Atlanta-based rising seniors or graduate students majoring in graphic design, illustration, painting, or sculpture. A portfolio review is required.
Betty Anderson Memorial Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship, established in honor of SCAD accountant Betty Anderson, is awarded annually to an undergraduate or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. The recipient must have a record of community involvement and leadership at the university and demonstrate financial need. Applicants must submit a brief statement of purpose with the application. Eligible applicants will have completed at least 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio.
Binders Art Supply Endowed Scholarship Fund
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time SCAD Atlanta student pursuing a degree within the SCAD School of Fine Arts. Eligible applicants must retain a minimum 3.5 cumulative GPA, demonstrate financial need, and exhibit leadership ability. This scholarship is not renewable.
Blythe McCormick Leonard Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time senior majoring in accessory design and pursuing a degree in Savannah. The recipient must maintain a 4.0 GPA. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio. Preference is for a student who works in leather and has a strong passion for craftsmanship.
Board of Visitors Endowed Scholarship I
Two endowed scholarships are awarded annually to two full-time undergraduate students with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 who will have completed a minimum of 45 credit hours at SCAD by the end of the spring quarter. The scholarships are renewable as long as the recipients continue to meet the criteria: demonstrated financial need and service as an exemplary representative of the university in the community.

This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to one full-time student with a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours completed at SCAD by the end of spring quarter, with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. The scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria: demonstrated financial need and service as an exemplary representative of the university in the community.
Bob Cooper Memorial Golf Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a member of the SCAD golf team who has completed a minimum of 45 credit hours at SCAD. The recipient must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. The scholarship is renewable if the recipient continues to meet the scholarship criteria.
The Brian S. Boylston Memorial Endowed Scholarship for Sustainability
This endowed scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate or graduate design for sustainability student. Eligible applicants must exhibit innovative thinking and action in sustainability through a short presentation and poster design.
Bug Away Specialists Inc. Endowed Scholarship Fund
This endowed scholarship is awarded to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 who demonstrates financial need. Eligible applicants will have completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter.
Carson Company Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to one full-time undergraduate or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and who has completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. The recipient must be an architecture major who demonstrates financial need. The scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
Cay Family Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time student seeking a degree at any SCAD location. Eligible applicants must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 and demonstrate financial need.
CBA of Greater Savannah Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time student who has lived or is living in China. The recipient must be in financial need, demonstrate community involvement, and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.5. This scholarship is renewable.
Charlie and Marie Pepe Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to one full-time student with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and who has completed a minimum of 45 credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. The scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria: academic excellence and financial need demonstrated through participation in the work-study program.
Chih-Chun Chang Memorial Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship, established in memory of graduate computer art student Chih-Chun Chang, is awarded annually to an international graduate student majoring in animation, interactive design and game development, motion media design, or visual effects. The recipient must demonstrate financial need, participate in community activities, and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
Clayco Endowed Scholarship Fund for Architecture
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student pursuing a degree in Architecture. The recipient must demonstrate community involvement and leadership and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio. This scholarship is renewable.
Coca-Cola Bottling United Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a Savannah student majoring in advertising and branding, animation, motion media design, design management, film and television, graphic design, illustration, or industrial design. The student must be from South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Louisiana, or Mississippi. The scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
Corbin Lee Flowers Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student with demonstrated financial need and a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Eligible applicants will have completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter.
Craig Harding Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Established in memory of illustration alumnus Craig Harding, this endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a current undergraduate illustration student with a minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA, a record of community service, and demonstrated financial need.
Creative Potential Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to a full-time Atlanta or Savannah student with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Finalists must submit a portfolio. The scholarship is renewable if the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
Dan Fantauzzi Memorial Graphic Design Endowed Scholarship
Established in memory of professor Dan Fantauzzi, who chaired the graphic design department for 15 years, this endowed scholarship is awarded annually to an undergraduate or graduate student with a cumulative 3.0 GPA. The recipient must be a graphic design major and demonstrate financial need. Eligible applicants will have completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio.
David Yurman Endowed Scholarship for Jewelry Design
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time junior, senior, or graduate student studying jewelry at any SCAD location. The recipient must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.75. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio. This scholarship is renewable if the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
Dean Ayers Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student. The scholarship must be used to offset the cost of tuition, room and board, or books and supplies. The recipient must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and complete 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and exceptional leadership and involvement at the college, with a record of community service.
Dennis and Elaine Swartz Historic Preservation Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student majoring in historic preservation at SCAD Savannah. Eligible applicants will have completed a minimum of 90 undergraduate or 30 graduate credit hours and must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5. The recipient must demonstrate leadership and community involvement.
Dennis and Sara Bowman Memorial Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to one full-time undergraduate or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and who has completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter.
Design for Sustainability Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a graduate student majoring in design for sustainability. Eligible applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative 3.75 GPA and demonstrate leadership ability and community involvement. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio.
Dewberry Hospitality Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to an undergraduate student seeking a degree in architecture. Eligible applicants must have completed 45 credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter, demonstrate financial need, and submit a portfolio for review.
Drawing on Hope: Stacie McGowan Cox Memorial Endowed Scholarship ★
Established in memory of SCAD alum Stacie McGowan Cox, this endowed scholarship is awarded annually to students who have experienced the impact of medical issues within their lives. The recipient can be a part-time or full-time undergraduate or graduate student of any major. The recipient must demonstrate financial need. Preference to award to a student from Alabama. This scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
Dr. Victor L. Andrews Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is available to a full-time student. The recipient must demonstrate financial need, maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA, and participate in community service. The scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
Eaton-Gallagher Endowed Scholarship
The scholarship is awarded annually to at least one full-time undergraduate student at SCAD Savannah. The scholarship recipient(s) must be a member of a SCAD sports team, demonstrate financial need, and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio. This scholarship is renewable for up to three years.
Eckburg Scholars Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to a full-time student at any location with a minimum 3.0 GPA, demonstrated financial need, and a strong work ethic evidenced through community service or letters of recommendation. Preference is given to students from Savannah Christian Preparatory School. This scholarship is renewable if the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
Edward Ross Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Established in memory of Edward Ross, alumnus and professor of art at the Atlanta College of Art, this endowed scholarship is awarded annually to an undergraduate liberal arts SCAD Atlanta student. The recipient must demonstrate financial need.
Eric Shea Van Scoten Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Established in memory of Eric Van Scoten, who planned to attend SCAD, this endowed scholarship is awarded annually to an undergraduate or graduate student with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0. The recipient must be an industrial design major and demonstrate financial need. Eligible applicants will have completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter.
European Board of Visitors Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded to a full-time student with a minimum 3.0 GPA who demonstrates financial need. Priority is given to students from France.
European Travel Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded in a competition for three students attending off-campus programs in Europe.
Fibers Department Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student majoring in fibers at the SCAD Savannah campus. Eligible applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need and leadership ability. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio.
Film and Television Department Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time graduate student majoring in film and television at SCAD Savannah. Eligible applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative 3.75 GPA, complete 15 credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter, demonstrate financial need, and exhibit leadership ability. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio.
Florence R. Inman Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to one undergraduate or graduate student majoring in architecture, architectural history, fibers, illustration, interior design, painting, or photography. The recipient must maintain a cumulative 3.0 GPA.
Fontaine Flowers McFadden Memorial Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship was created to encourage and support a graphic design student who is a permanent resident of Georgia with a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA. Finalists must demonstrate financial need.
Frances Wong Memorial Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship was established in memory of Frances Wong, a lifelong Savannah educator and a SCAD administrative leader for over 10 years. It is awarded annually to a SCAD Savannah full-time undergraduate or graduate student who has lived or is living in China. Preference is given to those who attended the Savannah Chatham County Public School system and exhibit leadership ability. This scholarship is renewable.
Friedman Family Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a domestic undergraduate student majoring in graphic design who has a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5 and has completed a minimum of 45 credit hours at SCAD by the end of the spring quarter.
Gar Day Ding Memorial Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship, established in memory of architecture professor Gar Day Ding, is awarded annually to a full-time student in the architecture program. The award is based on the merits of the applicant's performance in coursework and studio work, as shown in an academic performance review held in the spring quarter of the fourth year of study. Both domestic and international students may apply for the scholarship. A portfolio is required for scholarship consideration. Students may apply only once for this scholarship.
Gene Arthur Allcott Endowed First-Year Scholarship
This endowed scholarship, established in memory of Atlanta College of Art alumnus Gene Arthur Allcott, is given to an incoming first-year student with a minimum high school GPA of 3.0. Only students attending SCAD Atlanta may apply.
Gene Arthur Allcott Endowed Scholarship I
Established in memory of Atlanta College of Art alumnus Gene Arthur Allcott, this endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time SCAD Atlanta student from the School of Fine Arts with a minimum 3.0 GPA. The first preference is given to painting students, and the second is given to students working in a cross-disciplinary fashion that includes painting. Eligible applicants must have completed 135 credit hours by the beginning of the fall quarter.
Gene Arthur Allcott Endowed Scholarship II
Established in memory of Atlanta College of Art alumnus Gene Arthur Allcott, this endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time SCAD Atlanta student from the School of Fine Arts with a minimum 3.0 GPA. The first preference is given to painting students, and the second is given to students working in a cross-disciplinary fashion that includes painting. Eligible applicants must have completed 90 credit hours by the beginning of the fall quarter.
Gene Arthur Allcott Endowed Scholarship III

Grace Marie Kittrell Memorial Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to Atlanta students with a minimum 2.0 GPA and a major preference of interior design or painting. Recipient must demonstrate financial need. This scholarship is renewable.
Graduate Studies Department Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a student seeking a graduate degree. Eligible applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
Gregory Hines Endowed Scholarship for Performing Arts
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to one full-time undergraduate or graduate performing arts student who demonstrates financial need, has a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0, and will have completed 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours or more at SCAD by the end of spring quarter.
Gulfstream Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to a full-time, first-year student at any location whose parent or legal guardian is a full-time employee at Gulfstream Aerospace for at least one year prior to the date of the admission application and at the time the scholarship is awarded. The student must demonstrate financial need, submit a portfolio, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. This scholarship is renewable if the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
Guthrie Foster Scholarship
Established in memory of Guthrie Foster, an alum and director of the Atlanta College of Art, this scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate student within the School of Liberal Arts at SCAD Atlanta.
Gutstein Prize Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to an undergraduate senior with exceptional imagination, creativity, and independence. Recommendations are taken from the deans of academic schools. The scholarship recipient will be recognized in the SCAD graduation program.
Hanak Family Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate student at SCAD Savannah or SCAD Atlanta. The recipient must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need. The scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient meets the scholarship criteria.
Hank Stembridge Interior Design Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to an interior design student based on the merits of a mandatory portfolio review. Applicants must be enrolled in the undergraduate interior design program, have successfully completed INDS 210 Interior Design Studio II, possess a high-quality portfolio, and maintain at least a 3.0 GPA within their major and 2.0 overall.
HBA Design the Future Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student majoring in architecture, graphic design, or interior design. The recipient must maintain at least a 3.0 GPA. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio. This scholarship is renewable.
Helen Seydel Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Established in memory of Helen Seydel, a patron of the arts in Atlanta, this scholarship is awarded to a SCAD Atlanta senior majoring in painting. The recipient must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
Hill-Fulp Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate or graduate graphic design student with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. The student must demonstrate financial need and be a permanent resident of North Carolina. The scholarship is renewable for up to five years as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
Hodge Foundation Endowed Scholarship ★
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to one full-time undergraduate student from Chatham County, Georgia, studying at SCAD Savannah. The recipient must be from an underrepresented community, demonstrate financial need, and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. This scholarship is renewable.
Holden Viers Memorial Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate student. Preference is given to a transfer student minoring in printmaking. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. This scholarship is renewable.
Holder Construction Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a SCAD Atlanta junior or senior. The recipient must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need.
Huang Lin-Rui Memorial Architecture Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate architecture student seeking a degree in Savannah. The recipient must maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio, either visual or written. Preference will be given to an undergraduate student and two graduate students.
Hugo Boss Fashions Inc. Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to a full-time undergraduate or graduate fashion student with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to two full-time undergraduate fashion design students. The scholarship is equally split between them, with at least one located in Savannah. The second finalist must be a senior who demonstrates financial need, maintains a minimum 3.0 GPA, and submits a portfolio.

Initially endowed by SCAD in June 2020, these scholarships are awarded annually to 12 undergraduates (three freshmen, three sophomores, three juniors, and three seniors) and three graduate students committed to increasing the quality of life for underrepresented communities. Students must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need. This scholarship is renewable.
SCAD Parents Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded based on merit and financial need to full-time rising seniors in any program who are considered outstanding students at the top of their classes based on their combined GPA and portfolio review. Recipients must have been enrolled at SCAD for the prior three years, have a cumulative 3.8 GPA, and have completed a minimum of 135 credit hours as an undergraduate student by the end of spring quarter of their junior year. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio.
SCADpro Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student who has participated in a SCADpro collaboration and exemplified outstanding leadership qualities. The recipient must have completed at least 90 credit hours and a minimum grade point average of 3.5. A portfolio submission is required. The scholarship is open to domestic and international students and is renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
SCAD SERVE Fellowship
This fellowship is awarded annually to one or more undergraduate or graduate students who demonstrate exemplary service to their local community. Recipients must perform up to 20 hours of volunteer work per week and maintain a minimum 3.0 (undergraduate) or 3.25 (graduate) GPA. Finalists will be required to submit documentation supporting their community engagement.
School of Animation and Motion Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to two undergraduate or graduate animation, motion media design, or visual effects students. Eligible applicants are full-time students who have completed 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter and demonstrate financial need. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio for review.
School of Building Arts Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate architecture, architectural history, furniture design, or interior design student. Eligible applicants must have completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter and maintain a minimum cumulative 3.75 GPA. Recipients must demonstrate financial need and exceptional leadership. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio for review.
School of Creative Technology Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in game development, immersive reality, or themed entertainment design. Eligible applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need and exceptional leadership. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio for review. This scholarship is renewable as long as recipients continue to meet the criteria.
School of Design Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in design for sustainability, graphic design, industrial design, user experience (UX) design, or user experience research (UXR). Eligible applicants must be enrolled full time, complete 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter, demonstrate financial need, and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
School of Fashion Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to two full-time undergraduate or graduate fashion, accessory design, fibers, jewelry, sneaker design (SNKR+), or fashion marketing and management students. Eligible applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative 3.5 GPA. Finalists must submit a portfolio for review.
School of Film and Acting Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in dramatic writing, film and television, acting, production design, sound design, or themed entertainment design. School of Visual Communication Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to undergraduate or graduate students declared in illustration, photography, or sequential art with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Applicants must demonstrate financial need, exceptional leadership abilities, and community involvement. Finalists must submit a portfolio for review. Sean Moran Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Established in memory of illustration student Sean Moran, this scholarship is awarded annually to a student who is employed, demonstrates financial need, and maintains a 3.0 GPA in their major.
Sequential Art Department Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time, undergraduate or graduate student majoring in sequential art. Eligible applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.5, complete 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter and demonstrate financial need.
Shannon L. Amos Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to an incoming Atlanta student with a minimum GPA of 3.0 who demonstrates financial need.
Sheldon and Zelda Tenenbaum Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student with a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0. Eligible applicants must have completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter and demonstrate financial need. The scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the established criteria.
Signet Love Inspires Foundation Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a jewelry student. Eligible applicants must demonstrate financial need and have a cumulative GPA of at least 2.5. This scholarship is renewable.
Silver Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student. The scholarship award must be used to offset the cost of tuition, room and board, or books and supplies. The recipient must have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and complete 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. The recipient must demonstrate financial need, show exceptional leadership and involvement at the university, and have a record of community service.
Sirlin Family Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is available to a full-time undergraduate or graduate international student studying at SCAD Savannah. The recipient must maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Financial need is preferred but not required. Priority will be given to a student from Belgium or Spain. The scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
Southern Motors Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to an exceptional, full-time student with a GPA of at least 3.0. The recipient must have completed 45 credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter and demonstrate financial need.
Stage Front Presentation Systems Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate or graduate student with a GPA of at least 3.0 who demonstrates financial need. The recipient will have completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. The scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
Stanton Endowed Scholarship for Performing Arts
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate student in performing arts or production design. The recipient must demonstrate a strong work ethic, achieve superior class accomplishments, and display a positive and scholarly attitude in all major coursework. They must also serve as active ensemble members and support the department's methodology and mission.
STAR Student Advancement in Retail Design Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to a full-time undergraduate or graduate service design, interior design, or fashion marketing and management student. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA.
Stephen Randall May Memorial Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship, created in memory of beloved film and television professor Stephen Randall May, is awarded to a full-time undergraduate or graduate film and television student in Savannah. The recipient must be a permanent resident of the U.S., demonstrate financial need, be involved in the community, and maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA. A portfolio must be submitted for review.
Steven Myers Endowed Scholarship in Art History
Created in memory of beloved art history professor Steven Myers, this endowed, merit-based scholarship is awarded to a full-time undergraduate or graduate art history student. The recipient must demonstrate financial need, maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA, and earn at least 60 undergraduate or 30 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. Finalists will be asked to submit a research paper in lieu of a portfolio.
Student Media Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is available to a student in a leadership position at District, The Connector, SCAD Radio, or SCAD Atlanta Radio. Eligible applicants must demonstrate financial need and have completed 45 credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter.
Student Support Services Endowed Scholarship ★
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate student. The recipient must demonstrate financial need, maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA, and have completed 90 credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. Priority will be given to a student who has experienced the challenge of disability. This award is not renewable.
Swain-Cameron Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate student from Tennessee in Savannah or Atlanta. The student must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA and have completed a minimum of 90 undergraduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. Finalists are required to submit a portfolio for review.
Swamp Fox Farms Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to an undergraduate equestrian student or a SCAD equestrian team member. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. This scholarship is renewable up to four years as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
The Brightstar Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to a full-time undergraduate junior or senior fibers or interior design student in Savannah. Preference is given to domestic students. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio. This scholarship is renewable.
The Buxton Family Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to one full-time undergraduate or graduate student majoring in sequential art. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.0. The recipient must also have completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter.
The Crystal Weaver World Domination in Interior Design Graduate Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship, named in honor of former SCAD professor and dean Crystal Weaver, is awarded to a full-time graduate interior design student in Savannah. The recipient must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA. To be eligible, graduate students must have fulfilled the program's first year of the graduate-level curriculum. Preference is given to students who have completed an internship and have a history of involvement or intended future participation in community service focused on disaster recovery, applied design practices in humanitarian and development contexts, social and economic growth, and community building. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio.
The De Sole School of Business Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time advertising and branding, business of beauty and fragrance, creative business leadership, design management, luxury and brand management, service design, or social strategy and management student. Eligible applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative 3.0 GPA and demonstrate financial need and exceptional leadership. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio for review. This scholarship is renewable as long as recipients continue to meet the criteria.
The Gelman Trust Endowed Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time painting graduate student from an underrepresented community with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. Eligible applicants must have earned a minimum of 15 credit hours.
The Last Milestone Scholarship
The Last Milestone Scholarship was founded in September 2021 to empower underrepresented students to complete their undergraduate degrees. Due to circumstances beyond their control, these students could not complete the last few courses needed for their degree. This scholarship allows them to return to SCAD.
The Parker Companies Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to one architecture degree candidate who best combines scholastic achievement with a design philosophy that supports structural excellence and aesthetic cohesion within existing environments. Eligible applicants must have completed at least 90 credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0.
The Riley Jane Flower Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Established by longtime SCAD executive and transformational leader Hannah Flower, this endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time student studying at SCAD Atlanta or SCAD Savannah. Preference is given to children of alumni of the Atlanta nonprofit Our House. Eligible applicants must demonstrate financial need and have a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5. This scholarship is renewable.
The Steven and Lucy Cookson Endowed Scholarship for Arts and Sciences
This endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a first-year, full-time interior design, painting, or fashion student. First-year students at any SCAD location may apply as long as they maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
Thomas McCabe Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Established in memory of Thomas McCabe, who served SCAD for a decade, this endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time painting graduate student. The recipient must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Additionally, qualified applicants will have completed a minimum of 45 credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter. Careful consideration is given to artistic ability. A portfolio will be required for review.
Thomas Rajchel Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Established in memory of Thomas Rajchel, this endowed scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time illustration undergraduate student in Savannah who permanently resides in the U.S. The recipient must have a minimum 3.5 GPA. Additionally, qualified applicants must have completed at least 45 credit hours at SCAD by spring quarter, demonstrate financial need, and have exceptional leadership experience. A portfolio will be required for review.
Tom Fischer Memorial Photography Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to a full-time undergraduate or graduate photography student. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA.
Traci Haymans Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Established in memory of professor and illustration department chair Traci Haymans, who taught at SCAD for 21 years, this endowed scholarship is awarded annually to an undergraduate or graduate illustration student with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. The student will have completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter.
Vesta Johnson Scholarship
Established in memory of Vesta Johnson by her sister, Mrs. Earl Croft, this scholarship is awarded quarterly to an undergraduate SCAD Atlanta student based on recommendation from SCAD Atlanta faculty.
Wahrman Furniture Design Endowed Scholarship
This endowed scholarship is awarded to a full-time furniture design undergraduate or graduate student with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0. The recipient must demonstrate financial need. Eligible applicants will have completed a minimum of 45 undergraduate or 15 graduate credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter.

Wells Fargo Scholars Endowed Scholarship
Two endowed scholarships are awarded based on academic standing and financial need to undergraduate and graduate students from Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Mississippi, Texas, and Washington, D.C. Eligible undergraduate applicants must have completed more than 90 credit hours at SCAD by the end of spring quarter.
Wendover Art Group Scholarship
This scholarship is awarded annually to a full-time junior or senior student in Savannah's School of Fine Arts. The recipient must maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA. Finalists will be required to submit a portfolio. This scholarship is renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria.
Will Eisner Sequential Art Endowed Scholarship
