Services leader for the top 30 Dell accounts in the Eastern United States and Canada. Responsible for driving more than $740MM in annual services sales to Dell's largest and most strategic accounts. Led a combined team of more than 20 direct sales, pre-sales, and inside sales professionals as well as operational and financial support team. Represent the entire Dell Technologies services portfolio to the world leaders in financial services, health care, pharmaceuticals, telecom and defense industries. Responsible for executive leadership, interaction, and oversight for complex sales campaigns and delivery of multi-million-dollar services and technology projects.
Divisional client solutions leader, 2017–20
Led a team of 17 advanced services sales and pre-sales consulting professionals representing more than 650 delivery consultants in the largest and most financially significant territories of Dell Technologies. Responsible for driving more than $55MM in stand-alone services sales, representing over 37% of the Americas consulting goal while providing critical leadership for over $500MM in associated product sales.
Global services leader, 2016–17
Led all high-end professional services sales for the $1.2 billion territory representing 17 southern states ranging from Virginia to Florida and west to Texas. Territory was the fastest growing for Dell EMC's product sales but had historically lagged in professional services attainment. Quickly transformed a team that had missed targets for the previous three years to overachieve.

Naval liaison to the United Arab Emirates during Operation Desert Storm. Responsible for all U.S. Naval activity in the United Arab Emirates, including logistical support and diplomatic relations. Administered and coordinated the visits of over 140 ships visits to the United Arab Emirates during and after the first Gulf War. Commanding Officer of Destroyer Squadron 28 Support Command. Overall responsibility for the training, readiness, and performance of a 55-person reserve unit providing critical augmentation support to a deployed active-duty Destroyer Squadron of seven ships.
