    The project's objective was to accelerate investment in research and development by London's small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) operating in the creative and technology sectors. The ultimate aim was to enable beneficiary SMEs to grow by enabling them to explore the development and commercialization of innovative products, processes, and services in immersive technologies. ACE IT combined specialist innovation and technical support with access to technical facilities and academic expertise for product development and prototyping of immersive technologies.

    Responsible for the leadership and management of a large team of staff and academic faculty within Moving Image and Digital Arts at University of the Arts London. This included senior leadership of the department's academic disciplines, the maintenance and enhancement of curriculum standards, and responsibility for the design, development and delivery of all department curriculums, and their relationship to relevant research fields and other courses within the Screen School at UAL. Successfully planned and led the redevelopment of the Moving Image and Digital Arts department studios, and expansion into a world-class technical facility. This development included leading and overseeing the construction of sector-leading 3D Animation and Visual Effects computer labs, featuring industry standard software workflows, VFX motion capture studios, and Virtual Reality labs.

    Primary responsibilities included curriculum development, program management, and lead delivery of the organization's animation programs. Responsible for monitoring and driving curriculum quality measures and ensuring that program structure remains competitive at both domestic and international levels. Personal tutor for all animation undergraduates. Specialist module leader for all Classical Animation, Digital 2D, and Visual Development modules across the curriculum. Module leader for all character design, concept art, and visual development courses across both HE and FE programs. Responsible for the curriculum planning and lead delivery of Toon Boom Harmony Training, including drawn and cutout 2D animation, rigging, layout, and compositing across all levels of the program.
