Anthony Fisher's cartoon won Comics Combat competition

Sequential art graduate student Anthony Fisher's cartoon "Lou, sir!" won the Savannah Morning News Comics Combat student competition. Fisher's cartoon will be featured in the Savannah Morning News for 90 days.
