A hungry, yet determined feline nets Rich first-place at SE Student EMMYs
Zach Rich created a tale of a determined and hungry cat dressed as a ninja that attempts to use a variety of weapons, such as a Chinese throwing star and a wrecking ball, to get a fish snack out of a vending machine. After multiple failures in less than two minutes, the cat simply leans on the machine and the tasty treat drops down and on to the floor.
The animated short film was produced as part of ANIM737 Collaborative Project class during Spring 2016. The entire film was created from scratch in just seven weeks with a crew of only 10 students taking the class online through the SCAD eLearning.
