Unsatisfactory Progress Appeal 2011-12

Georgia HOPE scholarship and grant application
If you are a qualifying Georgia resident undergraduate student, this form is required for you to apply for funds from the state of Georgia. It is important to apply at the same time for all funds you believe you are eligible for. The SCAD financial aid office will not accept any paper applications for Georgia aid; they must be mailed directly to the GSFC.

Georgia residency verification form
This form is required, in addition to the e-HOPE/e-TEG Application, for you to apply for funds from the state of Georgia if you do not apply for federal aid (complete a FAFSA). This form also may be required when additional information is needed to determine residency for Georgia state aid programs.

Request for change in financial aid
Use this link to submit requests for changes in existing financial aid awards.

Private Education Loan Self-Certification form
This form is required only for students applying for and receiving a private or alternative education loan. This form should be completed by the student borrower and submitted directly to the lender, as requested.

Rabb's novel re-released in a trilogy box set
Writing professor Jonathan Rabb's novel "The Second Son" was re-released as the third in a box set of his trilogy of novels.
Cummins pitches soap line on "Shark Tank"
Megan Cummins (B.F.A., graphic design, 2008) appeared on ABC's "Shark Tank" to pitch her You Smell soap line and launched her company Feb. 3. Read the press release.
