Montgomery House
3515 Montgomery St.New for 2013-14, this four-story, coeducational building will house approximately 500 students starting Fall 2013. It offers suite-style living with accommodations for four students. Each suite has two double-occupancy bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchenette with sink and cabinets.
The rooms include air conditioning, a bathroom, twin-size beds that can be bunked, a cable television outlet, and a drafting table, stool, dresser/chest of drawers and Internet access for each resident.
ADA accessible, Montgomery House features study rooms, studios, group lounge spaces; elevator service; pay laundry machines; as well as drink and snack vending machine. A dining hall is located at the nearby Montgomery Hall. Limited parking is available in nearby garage.
