Accommodations are unique regarding size, design, layout and occupancy. Indicated occupancy numbers are approximate. All residence halls are smoke-free.
ACA Residence Hall of SCAD
Named in honor of the Atlanta College of Art, ACA Residence Hall is located at 1280 Peachtree St. It offers apartment-style housing with private bedrooms. Residence features include a fitness center, a computer lab, game/TV rooms, common rooms, laundry facilities and a large community kitchen. A meal plan is not required. Spring House
Located at 1470 Spring St., Spring House is just two blocks from SCAD. Formerly a hotel, Spring House features a computer lab, common rooms, a cardio room, laundry facilities, game/TV rooms, a swimming pool and on-site parking. A meal plan is required.
