SCAD students, alumni, faculty, and staff are thrilled to honor the newest class of graduates at SCAD Commencement 2026. All graduating students are invited to take part in the Presidential Conferment of Degrees and Presentation of Degrees ceremonies for their academic school on Friday, May 29 (Savannah) or Saturday, May 30 (Atlanta). All ceremonies will be streamed live.

SCADnow graduates and virtual enrollees
SCADnow (eLearning) graduates are invited to participate in Savannah's Presidential Conferment of Degrees and Presentation of Degrees ceremony. All other students can participate in the ceremonies at the SCAD location where they are enrolled.

Preparing to graduate
All SCAD students must apply for graduation two quarters prior to the quarter in which they expect to graduate, even if they do not plan to participate in the commencement ceremony.
Students are eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony if they submit their application to graduate on time and complete all degree requirements by the end of the final quarter leading to graduation. Check back for graduation application deadlines.
