From I-95, including Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport

Take I-95 to I-16 east.
Follow I-16 into downtown Savannah; take the Montgomery Street exit.
Turn right at the first light onto Liberty Street.
Pass through the next light and turn right onto Bull Street.
Madison Square is directly ahead. Drive around to the opposite side of the square.

From Hilton Head, S.C.

Take Route 278 West, allowing at least one hour of travel time.
Take SC Route 170 ramp toward Beaufort.
Turn left onto SC-170.
Turn right at the stop sign onto 46.
Bear left onto SC-170 Alt.
Turn left onto US-17.
Go over the Talmadge Bridge. Take the Oglethorpe Avenue exit.
Turn right onto Bull Street.
Drive south around Chippewa and Madison squares.

From Atlanta

Take I-75 south to I-16 east.
Follow I-16 into downtown Savannah; take the Montgomery Street exit.
Turn right at the first light onto Liberty Street.
Pass through the next light and turn right onto Bull Street.
Madison Square is directly ahead. Drive around to the opposite side of the square.

SCAD Atlanta is located at 1600 Peachtree St., just north of Spring Street and directly across from the Temple. Free parking is available at SCAD Atlanta. MARTA riders can access SCAD Atlanta by taking northbound Red or Gold rail line service to the Arts Center station and transferring to northbound bus #110.

From I-85 and I-75 Northbound

Take exit 250 (10th Street).
Turn right onto 10th Street.
Turn left onto West Peachtree Street.
Turn left onto Peachtree St. N.W.
SCAD Atlanta will be on your left.

From I-85 and I-75 Southbound

Take exit 84 (17th Street).
Turn left onto 17th Street.
Turn left onto West Peachtree Street.
Turn left onto Peachtree Street N.W.
SCAD Atlanta will be on your left.

From I-20 West and I-20 Eastbound

Take the I-85/I-75 North Connector and follow the directions for "From I-85 and I-75 Northbound" listed above.

From 400 (toll road)

Take exit 1 (Sydney Marcus Boulevard). Exit 1 is the second exit after the tollbooth.
Go left onto Sydney Marcus Boulevard at the light and then onto Buford Highway (Route 13 - access road).
Turn right and follow the directions for "From I-85 and I-75 Southbound" listed above.

Parking
Free parking is available in the SCAD Atlanta parking deck located at the rear of the main building.

SCAD Hong Kong is in the former North Kowloon Magistracy Building located at 292 Tai Po Road in Sham Shui Po. Parking is not available and public transportation is recommended. The Sham Shui Po MTR station (exit D2) is the MTR station nearest SCAD Hong Kong.

Recognition

Naughty Dog recognizes Liu and Lenz
Philip Liu, M.F.A. visual effects student and SCAD alumnus (B.A., digital media, 2011) and Joseph Lenz, M.A. visual effects student and SCAD alumnus (B.F.A., visual effects, 2011) were recognized by the game company Naughty Dog for game art created submitted to a Fan Art Competition based on their upcoming game "The Last of Us." This project was created in an independent study with Luis Cataldi, chair of the SCAD interactive design and game development. See full game art.
Craig Stevens receives educator prize
SCAD professor Craig Stevens, a photographer, printmaker and educator, has received the inaugural $5,000 Susan Carr Educator Prize from the American Society of Media Photographers. Stevens has taught photography at SCAD for 25 years.
C&R Press publishes Chris Bundy book
"Baby You're a Rich Man," a book by writing professor Chris Bundy, has been published by C&R Press. The book, illustrated by SCAD alumnus Max Currie (B.F.A., sequential art, 2012), follows the story of Ken Richman, a down-on-his-luck, B-level variety star on Japanese television who is forced to go into hiding when he becomes the target of an escaped prisoner. "Baby You're a Rich Man" will be released in May.
Absher was named Liz Claiborne Design Scholar
B.F.A. fashion student Katherine Absher was named the 2013 Liz Claiborne Design Scholar by the Council of Fashion Designers of America. The prestigious $25,000 award is presented each year to the student who best addresses through fashion the lifestyle and needs of women, as judged by a panel of fashion industry experts.
