Advanced Placement Credit

Advanced Placement examinations are administered through the College Board to provide documentation of a level of achievement that qualifies a student for advanced standing. Credit is awarded for AP courses taken at the high school level if certain requirements are met. Credit awarded by another college or university for AP is not transferable without proper documentation. Official AP scores must be submitted to the office of admission. Transfer credit from all sources (including AP) may not exceed 90 quarter hours.
